With StarCast, the Webcasting process is simple:
Login: The Webcast Leader logs into StarCast and clicks on the "Meet Now" button on his StarCast Portal.
Select Content (optional): The Webcast Leader can share content from his desktop or from the StarCast Library to present to Webcast participants.
Schedule: The Webcast Leader selects a time for the Webcast and chooses the participants for the meeting. He then clicks the "Launch Meeting" button.
Notify: Participants receive an e-mail or message within their StarCast Portal alerting them to the scheduled Webcast. Participants click "Join Webcast" in the message and immediately join the online meeting.
