Delivering Content (PUSH)
To deliver content directly to a user, a StarCast administrator must "PUSH" the information to a user portal. From within StarCast, the administrator selects (1) the content that needs to be communicated and (2) the individual users or groups that require it. With a single mouse click, any information that is selected will be pushed to the selected users and will appear in front of them when they login to their individual portal page.

Information is pushed to the portals where users can log in to get that information

Viewing Content (User Perspective)
The content now appears on the user's Portal page. The user simply clicks the Start button located next to the PUSHED content, and that content will be displayed to them with the StarCast Player. Extensive tracking tells you everything that occurred within the user's Portal.

Training Bundles and Training Plans
Training Content can be PUSHED as individual items, as a bundle of items attached to a StarCast Course, or as multiple bundles called a Training Plan. A Training Plan is an advanced StarCast function that allows for detailed training requirements to be assigned to a PUSH. For example, a training plan can automatically assign training plans to users based on their group affiliation, time on the job, or other parameters you specify, with due dates, expirations and keep-alive dates.
