  1. I'm having trouble logging in to StarCast. It doesn't seem to accept my login and password.
    First, make sure that your login and password are correct. To do this, just click on "Forgot Your Login or Password? Click Here". Enter your email address in the form provided. Your correct login and password will be emailed to you and then you can try again.
  2. Who should I contact for questions about my Portals and my training items?
    Look up a Site Administrator under My Tool Box at "Contact Site Administrator". All the contact information is listed there for each Site Administrator.
  3. I took some training last week and now I don't remember how to find it again. What do I do?
    You can always go to your History (under My Tool Box) and check the last few training items you worked on.
  4. What is the best way to bookmark my StarCast site?
    The bookmark for your site can be found under My Tool Box/Bookmark This Site. Instructions are also on this page. Make sure you do NOT use your browser's automatic feature of bookmarking a site. These bookmarks will not work.
