In order to PUSH a Training Plan, a StarCast Plus feature called Training Plan Manager is required. Training Plan Manager allows administrators to PUSH structured training plans that guide users through the right sequence of courses, tests, surveys, documents and on-the-job training. TPM automatically assigns training plans to the right people based on their group affiliation, time on the job or other parameters you specify, with due dates, expirations and keep-alive dates.
