User Reports - View any individual user’s training history. Analyze which StarCast courses were viewed by a user, which individual slides he or she studied viewing times for a particular course, test scores, test answers, survey responses, webcast attendance, and much more. In addition, accurately track the progress of a user within an assigned Training Plan or the details of any element within that plan.

Content Reports - Analyze the courses, tests, surveys and documents that you have uploaded to your StarCast System or assigned to users. Find out who is viewing what content and the context in which they viewed it from within a user portal, the library, etc.). Content reports tell you which content is most effective or most popular, helping you revise or refine content to a particular segment's needs. The ability to separately analyze your content by the location in which they appear helps analyze the best or most practical way to deliver specific content.

Group Reports - Analyze your data by demographic. For example, what percent of the Dallas region has completed their safety training plan and how they did as compared to the Florida region, the California region, etc. Group reports can be categorized by up to nine distinct demographics categories including city, state, country, department, business unit, hire date, etc.

Administration Options

· Limit or Restrict Access to the Reports Feature to specified users within your StarCast System.

· Develop Overdue reports that show, at a glance, who’s completed training and who has not.

· Set Training Plan activity reports to run automatically on a daily, weekly or monthly schedule and subscribe specific individuals to receive the reports automatically to their Portal.

· Look up and output ad hoc training activity.

· Look up and export registration activity for all content in the system filtered by category, users, user code, date range of content and all demographic fields.

· Look up and export eSignature completion status for all content by category, users, user code, date range of content and all demographic fields.

· View Reports on screen or export to Excel for further study.
