Organize and Categorize - Infinitely
expandable, the Library & Resource Center can be subdivided into unlimited categories and organized to
precisely fit your company. With all your critical content in one location, it's easy for people to find the
latest information in every category.
Stay Fresh - adding content to the
library is easy, and updates, edits, revisions and deletions may be done as often as the content changes. The
library is fully searchable by topic, name, author, status and content manager. Text abstracts may be added
to each item of content.The library keeps track of total view counts and each element of content is
date-stamped when it is created and when it is modified.
Total Control - Content authors
may restrict modification rights on "their" content to only themselves, or allow others to modify their content.
Library content may be taken off-line at any time by setting its status to "inactive". Prerequisites may be set
for courses, surveys and tests, which are carried with that content item when it is displayed on user portals.
