How it Works - Employees begin by logging into their Portal with a user-name and password that you have assigned to them. Upon login, the employee is greeted with a list of courses that you have PUSHED to them along with the due dates for each. Since the Employee Portal is a completely trackable environment, a StarCast Administrator can always ensure that all content assigned to an employee has been viewed or completed.
